Prioritising Health

23/12/2014

The Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS) and Al Marji’ Publications signed an agreement to provide up-to-date health information relating to Jordan in line with local, regional and global health themes.

“We are proud to be working with Al Marji’ Publications for the third consecutive year,” says Director General Enaam Barrishi. “At RHAS, we believe in the right to health for all. We are sure that this agreement will provide the community with the latest and most up to date health information and will help us work together towards a healthier Jordan.”

An initiative of Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, RHAS aims to empower Jordanians to adopt healthy lifestyles. The non-profit organisation has made considerable headway over the years within local communities all over the Kingdom.

“We have been working with RHAS for the past two years,” says Hind-Lara Mango, Managing Director and Pubisher at Al Marji’ Publications’. “With the information provided by RHAS, we can be certain that our publications are timely and credible and relate directly to our readers,” Mango explains.

The information and statistics provided thus far by RHAS about diabetes, road safety, reproductive health and more have been integrated into articles published in both Family Flavours and Nakahat ‘Ailiyeh, Jordan’s only parenting magazines.

This is the third consecutive year of the partnership, reflecting the longstanding mission of Family Flavours and Nakahat 'Ailiyeh to empower families with health facts, tips and inspiration to live healthier and happier lives.
