The Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS) and in cooperation with the core team of think first project have recently held follow up visits for the participated schools to monitor the implementation process.
107 schools from Amman are participating in the project for the academic year 2013/2014, including 10 new schools from As Salt and Madaba. RHAS and with the support of Total and Gardens Hospital added 10 new schools to the project as a step that comes in line with RHAS vision and strategy to expand and work in all the possible schools in the kingdom.
Think First is an interactive project conducted since 2009 with the MOE. The project aims to integrate injury prevention measures in the daily lives of children within Jordan.
The project works on helping children practice the necessary safety habits which will minimize their risks of sustaining a brain or spinal cord injury-over their life time, while developing skills in problem solving and critical thinking analysis.
