• On Processes Management, developed the Schools Programs database System, which is a
computerized system for managing mass data for all school-based programs, to facilitate
saving data and extracting timely reports.

• Developed a plan for the establishment and implementation of comprehensive Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs), and achieved a number of SOPs during 2018: Annual Planning
Procedure; Program Management Procedure; Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and
Reporting Procedure; IT Resources Utilization Policy; Employee of the Year Recognition
Procedure; in addition to Implementation Work Instructions for all Programs.

• Conducted employees’ feedback survey for the year 2017 and developed an improvement
plan based on the results of the survey.

• Got a technical assistance from HELP Logistics to analyze and improve the procurement
and supply related processes, developed a plan for improvement based on the results.
